The rent shall be $ per month payable in advance. A security deposit of $ is due with this application to hold unit. The security deposit is not for payment of rent and will be returned when the apartment is vacated and left in the same state as when first rented. Deductions from this deposit will be done if the landlord has to clean, paint or repair any damage caused by the tenant.
The Applicant understands that if this application is accepted, the Applicant will need to pay the deposit in order to hold the unit. If Applicant fails to execute a lease or withdraws application before the beginning date specified above, the Applicant's deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages. If deposit is not submitted, this application will only serve to document Applicant's interest in the unit with on obligation from neither Landlord nor Applicant to rent or occupy unit. It is also understood that if the premises is not ready for occupancy by the Landlord on the beginning date specified above, the deposit shall be returned to the Applicant, upon the Applicant's request.
The Applicant understands that the Landlord may perform a credit check or any other means acceptable by law, to verify the Applicant's credit references and credit history in connection with the processing of this Prospect Application.

A copy of social security card is needed upon signing lease for all adults living in apartment (do not upload this document here).

Please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a copy of a government issued ID and be included as an applicant.
